Presidential Volunteer Service Award

Official U.S. Government Recognition

AIM Wonder is an authorized Certifying Organization for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, which recognizes Americans who have volunteered at least 100 hours (for adults) or 50 hours (for youth) of service in a 12-month period.

Award Requirements:

  • • Youth (5-25): 50+ hours = Bronze, 75+ hours = Silver, 100+ hours = Gold
  • • Adults (26+): 100+ hours = Bronze, 250+ hours = Silver, 500+ hours = Gold
  • • Family groups: 50+ hours per member

Points of Light Recognition

National Volunteer Recognition

AIM Wonder partners with Points of Light to officially recognize and certify volunteer service hours, providing comprehensive documentation for all volunteer activities.

U.S. Congress Recognition

AIM Wonder volunteer hours qualify toward the Congressional Award, the highest honor Congress bestows upon youth, recognizing initiative, service, and achievement in young Americans.

Award Levels (Ages 13-23):

  • • Bronze Certificate: 100+ volunteer hours
  • • Silver Certificate: 200+ volunteer hours
  • • Gold Medal: 400+ volunteer hours
  • • Congressional Award Ceremony recognition

Service Recognition:

All AIM Wonder volunteer activities count toward Congressional Award volunteer service requirements
