Club Formation Requirements & Guidelines

Common Requirements

Minimum Membership Requirements

1 President, 1 Vice President, 1 Treasurer, minimum 3 general members

Regular Meetings

Monthly meetings at minimum (in-person or online)

Fundraising Activities

Host minimum 2 fundraising events annually

Online Mentoring

Participate in English/Math online tutoring for vulnerable children

Detailed Guidelines

School Club Additional Requirements:
  • • Official school approval required
  • • Teacher or school staff advisor mandatory
  • • Submit semester activity reports
  • • Comply with school regulations
Community Club Additional Requirements:
  • • Adult mentor or supervisor required
  • • Parental consent forms for minors
  • • Minimum 4 community service projects annually
  • • Quarterly check-ins with AIM Wonder headquarters

Presidential Volunteer Service Award

U.S. Government Recognition

AIM Wonder is an authorized Certifying Organization for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

Requirements:

  • • Youth (5-25): 50+ hours = Bronze, 75+ hours = Silver, 100+ hours = Gold
  • • Adults (26+): 100+ hours = Bronze, 250+ hours = Silver, 500+ hours = Gold
